The Others?

 No standard sizes or modules.
(ALL materials ordered job specific)
Build everything to "standards", other sizes attract a "processing fee"
Choice of wall or roof claddings available without attracting any processing fees. Standard cladding profiles, again anything else will attract a "processing fee".
High tensile Australian made (BHP & Stramit) steel purlins and girts with Gal Z350 (mass of 350g/sqm) Coating Class to all surfaces for all frames and connection brackets. Mostly imported purlins/stud framing or welded mild steel box section frames. (Duragal coating has a mass of 100g/sqm, exterior only, for your comparison).
Australian made (BHP & Stramit) Zincalume or Colorbond claddings, flashings, gutters etc used on all buildings. Mostly imported sheeting carrying limited or no warranties and not always suited to Australian conditions (excessive fading, peeling, cracking).
Australian made Buildex roof and wall tek screws used on all buildings. Mostly imported screws with inferior corrosion protection, if any.
Built fully in accordance with material suppliers specifications (purlin spacings, number of screws, etc) enhancing your warranties. Built to own engineers specifications usually overriding material suppliers specifications severely limiting your warranty options.
ALL doors, windows and corners have full width safety flashings to hide all galvanised framework, cover sharp edges and to properly weatherproof. Limited or no flashings supplied, some even bend sheeting around corners and install windows with no frames or weatherproofing.
All subcontractors individually licensed with the Department of Fair Trading. Most are using unlicensed subcontraactors (some non-trade) to reduce costs.
